We are searching for enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic, a meticulous eye for detail, and a passion for plant cultivation.
As a Greenhouse Farm Labourer, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing directly to the growth, care, and harvesting of high-quality produce. This role is fundamental to ensuring our crops flourish in a controlled environment, meeting both quantity and quality standards expected by consumers. Our modern greenhouse facilities utilise advanced techniques, offering a fantastic learning environment for those looking to deepen their agricultural expertise.
The day-to-day responsibilities are varied and physically demanding, requiring consistent effort and a positive attitude. You will be working closely with a supportive team, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and safely. A commitment to upholding rigorous health and safety standards is paramount, as is an understanding of the delicate nature of horticulture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an active, outdoor-like (but sheltered) setting, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in seeing the fruits of their labour.
