Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming to ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and tidy.
  • Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities according to established standards.
  • Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and floors.
  • Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning requests as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with colleagues and guests.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard within scheduled timeframes.
