Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming to ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and tidy.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities according to established standards.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and floors.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning requests as needed.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with colleagues and guests.
