Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and managing HR correspondence.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in coordinating HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement events and training programs.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations as required.
