Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing new employee paperwork and conducting initial orientations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Help organize and coordinate company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare various HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
