Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential physical and digital HR employee records.
  • Process new hire documentation, employee changes, and termination paperwork efficiently.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data protection regulations.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance within the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Assist in preparing and generating various HR reports as required by the management.
  • Organize, archive, and retrieve HR documents systematically.
