Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot common HVAC system issues under supervision.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Help maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and hours spent.
- Adhere strictly to company standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Assist with customer service inquiries on-site, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Actively participate in all assigned training sessions, workshops, and educational programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles, tools, and job sites.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in mechanical systems and hands-on practical work.
