This critical full-time position demands a proactive and skilled individual capable of managing the full spectrum of industrial machinery maintenance. Your primary mission will be to ensure the optimal functioning of production equipment through rigorous preventative maintenance schedules, swift diagnostic troubleshooting, and expert repair work. You will be responsible for a wide array of equipment, including but not limited to conveyor systems, presses, packaging machinery, pumps, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, all integral to our high-volume production environment.
Beyond routine upkeep, a significant portion of your role will involve responding to emergent mechanical breakdowns, requiring rapid assessment, precise problem-solving, and efficient execution of repairs to minimize downtime and maintain ambitious production targets. This demands a strong analytical mind, excellent manual dexterity, and an unwavering commitment to safety standards, adhering strictly to Lockout/Tagout procedures and all relevant safety protocols. You will regularly interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide your maintenance and repair efforts, ensuring precision and compliance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

You’ll be actively involved in identifying potential equipment inefficiencies, suggesting upgrades, and participating in the implementation of new technologies and maintenance strategies. Collaboration is key – you will work closely with production supervisors, operators, and other maintenance personnel, sharing your expertise and contributing to a cohesive team effort. Your ability to communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in written reports, will be essential for effective shift handovers and maintenance documentation.

If you are a hands-on problem-solver dedicated to operational excellence, eager to learn new technologies, and ready to make a tangible impact on a thriving manufacturing enterprise, then this role offers a challenging yet highly rewarding career path where your expertise will be recognized and valued.
