Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing IT projects.
- Help define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, track tasks, and ensure adherence to established timelines.
- Participate in team meetings, taking notes and preparing summaries of discussions and action items.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project updates and potential issues.
- Contribute to identifying and mitigating potential project risks and challenges.
- Learn and apply various project management methodologies and tools.
- Assist in coordinating resources and tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
