As our Learning & Development Manager, you will lead the charge in identifying training needs, developing engaging curricula, and evaluating the effectiveness of our programs. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals and individual career paths.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments across all departments and levels of the organization.
- Oversee the full training cycle, including content creation, delivery, and post-training evaluation.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure L&D initiatives are relevant and impactful.
- Source, evaluate, and manage external training vendors and resources when necessary.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay abreast of the latest L&D trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our offerings.
- Mentor and coach individuals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and e-learning authoring tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications in L&D, talent management, or change management (e.g., CPTD, APTD, ATD).
- Experience with blended learning approaches and gamification in corporate training.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making in L&D.
