Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking an experienced and innovative Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Taylor, Dothan. This pivotal role offers flexible hours, recognizing the importance of work-life balance while maintaining our commitment to excellence. As our Learning & Development Manager, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning programs that align with our strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. You will leverage your expertise to identify skill gaps, develop engaging training content, and utilize a blend of methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and mentorship programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end learning cycle, from content creation and delivery to evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR, department heads, and senior leadership, to align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
  • Implement and manage various talent development programs, such as leadership development, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  • Research and recommend innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
  • Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development within Career.zycto.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or talent management.
  • Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content management.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and develop engaging and effective training content.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or talent development (e.g., CPTD, ACC).
  • Experience with various e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with L&D platforms.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
