Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly skilled and strategic Learning & Development Manager to join our growing team in Midtown, Anchorage. You will be responsible for conducting thorough training needs assessments, developing engaging and effective learning programs across various modalities (e.g., e-learning, workshops, blended learning), and evaluating their impact on performance and productivity. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and impactful learning programs, modules, and materials (e.g., presentations, job aids, e-learning courses).
- Manage the full lifecycle of L&D projects, from conception and planning to execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and manage learning technologies and platforms (LMS, LXP) to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of learning content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics, feedback, and performance data, reporting on ROI and impact.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and departmental heads to create tailored learning solutions that meet specific business needs.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development within Career.zycto.
- Provide coaching and guidance to internal trainers and facilitators.
- Stay current with L&D best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or organizational development.
- Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development for adult learners.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
