Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through metrics and feedback, continuously refining content and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with departmental heads and senior leadership to align L&D initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships for external training programs and resources, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the company.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technological tools to deliver and track training.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or a related HR field.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
