Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a visionary and results-driven Learning & Development Manager to join our growing team in Clarke Quay, Singapore. This pivotal role offers the unique advantage of flexible hours, empowering you to manage your work-life balance effectively while delivering exceptional outcomes. As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning strategies that align with our clients’ business objectives and enhance employee capabilities across various industries. You’ll work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, from C-suite executives to frontline staff, to identify critical skill gaps and develop innovative, scalable learning solutions.

Your mandate will extend beyond traditional training. We’re looking for someone who can champion a culture of continuous learning, integrating modern methodologies such as digital learning platforms, microlearning, blended learning, and experiential programs. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of L&D initiatives, from conducting needs assessments and curriculum development to vendor management and ROI analysis. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, someone who is adept at project management and passionate about fostering an environment where individuals and organizations can truly flourish. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs aligned with client needs and business goals.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify critical skill requirements.
  • Curate, create, and deliver engaging learning content using a variety of modalities (e.g., in-person, e-learning, blended learning, workshops).
  • Manage the full training cycle, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and post-program evaluation.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants.
  • Establish and track key L&D metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
  • Advise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients on best practices in talent development and employee engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in learning technology and adult learning theories.
  • Champion a continuous learning culture and promote internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship where appropriate to support individual and team development.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a consulting or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven L&D decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or talent management.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and integrating L&D data.
  • Prior experience working with clients across various industries.
