Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across various departments.
- Manage the full training cycle, including content creation, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning materials and methods.
- Introduce and integrate innovative learning technologies and platforms to enhance engagement and accessibility of training programs.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to develop career pathing and succession planning frameworks.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives, providing regular reports to management.
- Mentor and coach employees and leaders on development opportunities and best practices in learning.
- Manage the L&D budget and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or a related HR role.
- Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development for corporate environments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions regarding L&D effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Certifications in L&D, talent management, or change management (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
