As our Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, developing engaging training programs, and leveraging a blend of learning methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and mentorship. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs tailored to various client needs and internal employee development.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate learning interventions.
  • Manage the end-to-end learning cycle, from content creation and delivery to evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize a blended learning approach, incorporating e-learning modules, virtual workshops, in-person training (where applicable), coaching, and mentorship programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using key metrics and feedback mechanisms, providing regular reports on ROI and impact.
  • Stay abreast of L&D best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to continuously innovate our offerings.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization and among our client base.
  • Manage learning budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or psychometric tools.
  • Experience working in a consulting or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with various talent development frameworks and competency models.
