Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Build and maintain efficient, production-ready ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and integrate ML solutions into existing systems.
- Perform data exploration, analysis, and visualization to identify patterns, evaluate model performance, and derive actionable insights.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and best practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing ML models for performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Document technical designs, development processes, and operational procedures.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and mentor junior engineers.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
