Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort and separate various recyclable materials (e.g., plastics, paper, cardboard, glass, metals) on a conveyor belt or designated sorting area.
- Identify and remove contaminants or non-recyclable items from the material stream.
- Operate basic sorting equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding material flow, quality, and safety concerns.
- Perform quality checks on sorted materials to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Assist with other general labor tasks as required to support overall plant operations.

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
