Key Responsibilities
- Execute planograms and merchandising directives accurately and efficiently in assigned grocery stores.
- Ensure products are fully stocked, faced, and rotated according to freshness dates and company standards.
- Set up and maintain promotional displays, end caps, and signage to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor product inventory levels, report out-of-stocks, and communicate issues to store management and supervisors.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with store personnel to facilitate merchandising activities.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback on product movement, competitor activities, and overall store conditions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a grocery or consumer goods environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual presentation.
- Ability to read and execute planograms effectively.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various store locations within the Camden, DE area.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise up to 40 lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods.
