This role is specifically designed for individuals with no prior professional experience, offering a comprehensive introduction to the inner workings of artist management, music marketing, event coordination, and digital content strategy.

As a Music Intern, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience, working alongside seasoned industry professionals who are dedicated to fostering new talent. You’ll contribute to various projects that directly support our roster of artists, learning the crucial processes behind artist development, promotional campaigns, and audience engagement. This isn’t just about administrative tasks; it’s about active participation in the creative and business aspects of music. You’ll help us discover new talent, prepare promotional materials, assist with social media outreach, and even contribute to the planning of live showcases and recording sessions. You’ll be exposed to diverse musical genres and the unique challenges and opportunities each presents.

We are looking for someone with an insatiable curiosity for music, a strong willingness to learn, and excellent organizational skills. If you dream of a career in music but aren’t sure where to start, this internship provides the perfect launchpad. You’ll develop a foundational understanding of the music business ecosystem, build essential networking contacts, and cultivate practical skills that are highly sought after in the industry, including communication, project support, and digital literacy. We encourage creative thinking, offer mentorship, and provide a supportive environment where your ideas are valued. This part-time commitment allows for flexibility, making it suitable for students or those balancing other commitments, while still providing meaningful exposure to the professional music world. You’ll learn how to navigate the complexities of contracts, publishing, and intellectual property, all while supporting artists in reaching their full potential. Embark on your journey with Career.zycto and transform your passion into a profession.
