Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine checks, adjustments, and preventative maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues or malfunctions during production and report major issues to supervisors.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate material handling.
- Conduct quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet specified standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation for shift activities.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand complex machinery operations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and production orders.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
