As a Nursery Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing atmosphere for children aged 0-5 years. You will assist our lead educators in daily activities, observe children’s development, and contribute to a fun and educational setting. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead educators in planning and implementing daily activities and educational programs.
- Supervise children during playtime, meal times, and nap times, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic nursery environment, including sanitizing toys and equipment.
- Support children with personal care routines such as toileting, changing diapers, and handwashing.
- Engage with children through play, storytelling, singing, and other interactive methods to support their learning and development.
- Observe and report any concerns regarding a child's health, behavior, or development to senior staff.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with parents/guardians, providing updates on their child's day.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development training sessions.
