Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and execute professional photo shoots for various clients and projects, including on-location, studio, and event photography.
- Operate and maintain professional camera equipment, lighting, and other photographic tools.
- Collaborate with clients and the creative team to understand project briefs, objectives, and artistic direction.
- Perform extensive post-production editing, retouching, and color correction to ensure high-quality, consistent imagery.
- Manage and organize digital assets, including file naming, storage, and archiving.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver final images within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of photography trends, techniques, and equipment.
- Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance visual storytelling and project outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles.
- Proficiency with professional-grade DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant editing software.
- Excellent understanding of photography principles, including composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with videography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with drone photography/videography.
- Experience in a creative agency or marketing environment.
- A keen understanding of brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.
