Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic and growing team. As a remote Pre-Sales Consultant at Career.zycto, you will be the crucial link between our innovative products and our prospective clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs and industry.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing deep technical insight into Career.zycto's solutions during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, identify pain points, and propose optimal solutions.
  • Respond effectively to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, assisting in the development of strategic sales plans.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively position Career.zycto's offerings.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or similar technical client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful technical demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for understanding business challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • A solid understanding of enterprise software, SaaS models, or cloud solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
