Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial strategy to final submission.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and leadership teams to understand client needs, project scope, and solution offerings.
- Write, edit, and proofread persuasive, high-quality proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand voice.
- Translate complex technical information and business requirements into clear, concise, and compelling language.
- Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
- Ensure all proposals comply with client specifications, submission guidelines, and internal quality standards.
- Maintain a library of reusable content, templates, and best practices to streamline future proposal efforts.
- Conduct research as needed to support proposal content, including market trends, competitor analysis, and client background.
- Participate in debriefs for submitted proposals to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or grant writing.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information from various sources into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
