Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize client inquiries, appointments, and communication channels.
- Prepare and update property listings, ensuring accuracy and compelling descriptions.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems with current information.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media content.
- Conduct market research to support agents in pricing strategies and property valuations.
- Provide general administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling and office management.
- Process paperwork for property sales, rentals, and leases, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with clients, external vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative or assistant experience (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
