Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals).
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Career.zycto and attract talent.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and select qualified candidates effectively.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for roles in the Abbotsford/Fraser Valley market.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations in British Columbia.
- Certification in recruitment (e.g., CIR, CDR) is a plus.
