As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, playing a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews (virtual, phone, and in-person) between candidates and hiring managers, managing complex calendars efficiently.
  • Coordinate candidate travel logistics and reimbursements as needed, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and send offer letters, new hire paperwork, and background check initiations.
  • Assist with the coordination of onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and support.
  • Support recruiters in sourcing and screening initial candidate applications.
  • Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, career fairs, and other employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior administrative or coordination experience in any professional setting (internships included).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus, but not required.
  • Demonstrated interest in the field of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
