Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our vibrant team in the Düsseldorf Airport Area. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our talent acquisition efforts, working closely with our recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of tasks, from scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication to administering our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assisting with offer letters. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, coordinating complex calendars for candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Administer and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
- Prepare and extend offer letters, new hire paperwork, and assist with pre-onboarding processes.
- Facilitate background checks and reference checks as required.
- Support recruiters with candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management activities.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination or administrative support role within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German (C1+) and English (C1+).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in an agency recruitment setting or within a high-volume recruitment function.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
