Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment consultants, including scheduling interviews and managing calendars.
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and database management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Craft and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and clients via email and phone, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Prepare and format candidate CVs, profiles, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and assist with general office administration.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
