Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality, persuasive proposals, bids, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to gather information, clarify requirements, and define winning strategies.
  • Ensure all proposals are compliant with client specifications and company standards, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from initial concept development to final submission, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Conduct research to understand client needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to inform proposal content.
  • Translate complex technical information and business strategies into clear, concise, and compelling language.
  • Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, and brand voice.
  • Maintain and update a library of reusable proposal content, templates, and best practices.
  • Participate in post-submission reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Proposal Writer, Grant Writer, or similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

  • Familiarity with the talent acquisition or HR technology industry.
  • APMP certification (Associate, Practitioner, Professional).
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a B2B environment.
