Key Responsibilities
- Perform general house cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors) and kitchens (countertops, sinks, appliances, floors).
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain an organized cleaning cart/kit.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage observed in the client's residence.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and management.
Required Skills
- Proven attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and equipment, and their safe application.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience.
- Basic knowledge of household safety procedures.
