Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately through the drive-thru speaker.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and calculate bills.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with speed and accuracy, providing correct change.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to drive-thru customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized drive-thru window and cashier station.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a friendly and efficient manner, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
