Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to established standards, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing.
- Change linens and make beds neatly and efficiently.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities (e.g., toiletries, coffee, stationery).
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervision.
- Empty trash and remove soiled linens.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned rooms within specified timeframes.
- Ensure all lost and found items are reported and handled according to procedures.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, bending, lifting, and pushing/pulling a cart for extended periods.
