Key Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas regularly to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, to identify potential threats or incidents.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or incidents to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff with inquiries.
- Conduct thorough inspections of premises to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Collaborate with emergency services when necessary.
