Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed skin analysis and comprehensive client consultations to understand individual needs.
- Perform a variety of professional skincare treatments including customized facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and recommend effective home care regimens.
- Educate clients on product usage, skincare best practices, and lifestyle adjustments for optimal results.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, product innovations, and esthetic techniques through continuous learning.
- Provide exceptional client service, building rapport and fostering lasting relationships based on trust.
- Accurately record client information, treatment details, and product recommendations.
- Manage scheduling efficiently to accommodate client needs and personal flexibility.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a licensed Skin Care Specialist or Esthetician.
- Strong foundational knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and advanced treatment protocols.
- Proficiency in performing a diverse range of facial and body skincare treatments.
