Key Responsibilities
- Manage and independently progress a diverse caseload of legal matters.
- Provide comprehensive and expert legal advice to clients on complex issues.
- Represent clients effectively in court, tribunals, or alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advice.

Required Skills
- Admitted Solicitor in Scotland with a current Practising Certificate.
