Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and technical objectives.
- Design and propose technical solutions that meet client needs, leveraging Career.zycto's product offerings.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, adapting content for various technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead and manage proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, ensuring successful execution and demonstrating product value.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with product management and engineering teams to inform product development.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Career.zycto's products, services, and industry trends.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures, integration guides, and best practices.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent Career.zycto and stay abreast of market developments.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and API integrations.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and solution architecture diagrams.
- Experience with various operating systems, databases, and networking fundamentals.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
