Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all spa guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle all spa-related inquiries promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Accurately schedule, confirm, and modify spa appointments using our booking system, managing the daily treatment schedule efficiently.
- Assist guests with navigating the spa facilities and provide detailed information on treatments, services, and special packages.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and serene atmosphere of the spa reception area and waiting lounge.
- Learn and understand all spa treatments, products, and packages to effectively inform and advise guests, promoting sales where appropriate.
- Process payments and manage guest accounts with discretion, accuracy, and adherence to lodge policies.
- Support spa therapists and management with administrative tasks, inventory checks, and preparation for guest arrivals as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and harmonious work environment, upholding the lodge's high standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
