Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions including cash, credit, and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and common areas.
- Replenish merchandise on sales floor, assist with inventory counts, and receive new shipments.
- Proactively learn about products and promotions to effectively inform customers and drive sales.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness for business or secure closure.
