Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of studio equipment, ensuring all gear is in optimal working condition and correctly stored.
- Manage studio inventory, tracking equipment usage, reporting damages, and supporting procurement processes for supplies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all studio spaces, including control rooms, recording booths, and common areas, to uphold a professional environment.
- Provide basic technical support for studio hardware and software, troubleshooting minor issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technical staff.
- Welcome clients and guests, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure, including directing them to appropriate areas and offering refreshments.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling studio time, managing booking inquiries, and preparing documentation.
- Assist producers and technicians during shoots or recording sessions by preparing sets, fetching props, or performing other necessary tasks.
- Implement and ensure adherence to studio safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and workflow.
- Organize and maintain digital assets and physical archives as directed.
