Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our comprehensive supply chain operations from our Anders, Red Deer facility. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution activities.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal terms and service levels.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and forecast demand accurately.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in supply chain processes, cost reduction, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and finance departments to integrate supply chain activities.
- Implement and manage supply chain technology solutions, including ERP and WMS systems.
- Mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, quality issues, and unforeseen challenges.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
