Job Description
Couples Resorts is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Survey Data Collectors with flexible schedules in Negril, Westmoreland. This is an exciting contract opportunity for those who enjoy interacting with people and contributing to valuable research. As a Survey Data Collector, you will be instrumental in gathering crucial feedback and information that helps us refine our services, understand guest preferences, and assess community needs. Your primary role will involve conducting surveys, either in-person with guests at our resort locations or within designated areas of the Negril community, ensuring data is collected accurately, ethically, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. While experience is a plus, comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person surveys with guests or community members in Negril, following established guidelines and scripts.
- Accurately record responses using provided digital tools or paper forms, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor while interacting with survey participants.
- Clarify survey questions for participants as needed, without leading or influencing their responses.
- Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of all collected data and participant information.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and company policies regarding data collection and participant interaction.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and regular check-ins with the project supervisor.
- Manage your flexible work schedule effectively to meet data collection targets and deadlines.
