Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and in-person) between candidates and hiring managers, managing complex calendars efficiently.
- Manage and update candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, new hire paperwork, and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and general inquiries, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in drafting, posting, and refreshing job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, research, and project work.
- Conduct initial screening calls for entry-level roles to assess basic qualifications and interest.
- Facilitate background checks and reference checks as part of the pre-employment process.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving recruitment processes and documentation.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
