Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with resort guests to promote and sell a variety of tours, excursions, and activities.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about available tours, including itineraries, pricing, and specific requirements.
- Process tour bookings and payments efficiently and accurately, using designated booking systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all local attractions, tour operators, and island activities.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with tour operators and internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain organized records of bookings and guest interactions.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials for tours and excursions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality, preferably within the tourism sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, booking software).
