Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Training Coordinator to join our vibrant team in River Ranch, Lafayette. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars, managing calendars for trainers and participants.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute training materials, handouts, presentations, and pre-course work.
  • Manage registration processes, track attendance, and maintain accurate training records and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, trainers, and vendors regarding training logistics, schedules, and requirements.
  • Set up and ensure the readiness of training rooms, equipment (AV, projectors, whiteboards), and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Assist in collecting and compiling feedback from training evaluations to contribute to program improvement.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and manage procurement of training supplies as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, including drafting correspondence and reports.
  • Act as a first point of contact for training-related inquiries, providing timely and helpful information.
  • Contribute to maintaining an engaging and effective learning environment for all participants.
