Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all training sessions, workshops, and events, ensuring optimal timing and resource allocation.
- Manage participant registration, communication, and attendance tracking for all programs.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute comprehensive training materials, presentations, and handouts.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external facilitators, trainers, and subject matter experts.
- Secure and set up training venues, equipment, and necessary technical support.
- Administer pre- and post-training assessments, evaluations, and feedback surveys.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant data, and program effectiveness.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and manage the training budget in coordination with the finance department.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of training curriculum and content.
- Provide logistical support during training sessions, including welcoming participants and addressing immediate needs.
- Compile and analyze training evaluation data to generate reports on program impact and areas for enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulatory standards regarding training delivery.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within training or HR.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
