Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently plant tree seedlings according to company standards and environmental regulations.
- Carry heavy loads of seedlings across various terrains, often uneven or sloped.
- Utilize planting tools safely and effectively, including shovels and hoedads.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures in the field.
- Maintain a consistent planting pace to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve planting goals.
- Adapt to changing weather conditions and work effectively in rain, sun, or cold.
- Properly care for and maintain planting equipment.
