Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and visible presence to deter unauthorized activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, both interior and exterior.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and access control systems for suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and calls for assistance.
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and unusual occurrences clearly and accurately.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance from all personnel and visitors.
- Provide excellent customer service and direction to clients, employees, and visitors as needed.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
