Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all logistical aspects for various events, including setup, breakdown, and staffing schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, conducting site visits, and managing expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, layouts, and equipment lists.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., catering, facilities, AV) and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee event execution on-site, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage venue bookings, contracts, and invoicing in coordination with the administrative team.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to all venue policies, safety regulations, and local ordinances.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in event coordination, venue management, or a related hospitality role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
