Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging visual displays, window installations, and in-store merchandising layouts that align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
- Strategically arrange products to optimize sales, highlight key promotions, and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with store management and sales teams to ensure visual merchandising efforts support sales goals and inventory management.
- Maintain the aesthetic integrity of the store, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper placement of signage and marketing materials.
- Monitor visual trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously evolve and improve visual strategies.
- Manage and organize visual merchandising props, fixtures, and inventory effectively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative display concepts and execution.
- Expertise in space planning, color theory, lighting, and material selection.
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
